1. Observation method: This is based on the characteristics of the acrylic material itself. When buying, it is necessary to observe whether the board has serious fading or low gloss and low transparency. If it exists, it means that the quality of acrylic is not good. Another relatively simple observation method is: that is, compare the instructions of the acrylic to see if the instructions are consistent with the actual situation of the acrylic sheet. If you find that they are not consistent, you can roughly judge that the quality of the acrylic sheet is not good.
2. Light transmission method: the principle is that the light transmittance of acrylic is extremely high and the light after passing through is pure white light, which will not absorb the identification method derived from light color. A yellowish or bluish color indicates that the quality of the acrylic is not correct and it is a defective product.
3. Hot-melt method: also called pasting method, the principle is to use the different degrees of pasting of good acrylic sheets and inferior acrylic sheets to distinguish them. Acrylic sheets of lower quality will stick together after being melted and are difficult to separate, while high-quality acrylic sheets are easy to separate.
4. Incineration method: You can use a small piece of acrylic plate to carry out an incineration test. If the acrylic plate burns violently soon, it means that the quality of the defective acrylic is not good.
5. Packaging method: the soft rubber edge packaging of good quality acrylic material is very good, and the soft rubber edge of the defective acrylic sheet looks very mixed and impure. In the industry, this material is called a joint venture plate. Of course, acrylic sheets with good quality will be more expensive than low-quality acrylic sheets.
